What is the minimum opening order?
Our minimum opening order is 20 styles.
This allows you to present a full collection in-store so your customers can see a variety of designs and choose the style that fits them best.
Do I have to order multiples of each style?
No. After your opening order, you do not need to reorder in bulk.
Once your account is established, you may order one ring at a time, in the exact style and size your customer requests. This allows you to offer a wide selection without carrying heavy inventory.
How does reordering work?
Reordering is designed to be easy and efficient:

- We ship quickly so you can fulfill orders without delay
This system helps you stay stocked without over-investing in inventory.
How quickly do wholesale orders ship?
All wholesale orders are shipped within one business day.
We understand that speed is important, especially when ordering for a specific customer.
What shipping method do you use?
All orders are shipped via USPS Express Shipping, which includes signature confirmation for safe and secure delivery.
Average delivery time is 1–3 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Wholesale orders over $500 include free USPS Express Shipping.
Are ring boxes included with wholesale orders?
Ring boxes are not automatically included with wholesale orders.
However, ring boxes may be purchased separately if you would like packaging for display or customer presentation.
Can I sell your rings online?
Wholesale partners may sell our rings in approved retail environments. Selling via online market places such as Amazon, Etsy, eBay, etc., is not allowed. If you are interested in online selling, please contact us so we can confirm compatibility with our brand policies.
Do you offer exclusivity in my area?
At this time, exclusivity may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on location and partnership level.

What is your return policy for wholesale orders?
All wholesale sales are final sale.
We encourage retailers to begin with our opening collection and then reorder based on customer demand.
What if an item arrives damaged or defective?
